Project Description:
The Norther Network Alliance consisted of the Northern Pipeline Interconnector (NPI) Stage 2 bi-directional flow pipeline running from the Noosa Water Treatment Plant, to the NPI Stage 1 system at Eudlo creating a sophisticated and flexible water pipeline network.
As a state measure for drought contingency, this infrastructure has the capacity to move up to 65 megalitres per day of potable water between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane or in reverse.
